Howard, Di and Victoria are the co directors of BuyToLet.co Property and Finance Ltd.
A family run business BuyToLet.co has been created to fill the holes in the service provided by so many other agencies and providers in the property investment, landlord and tenant buy to let arena.
As long established property investors ourselves we have built up our knowledge through vast experience from all sides of the fence.
Howard and Di have been investors, landlords and property managers for approximately 10 years and Victoria brings her skills as an experienced property professional too having worked for a national corporate estate agency and bank.
Through the other family business Howard has led a Firm which has now introduced over £181million of mortgage borrowing and £134million of life cover sums assured.
Our combined experience of helping property investors to manage their investments (from single properties up to portfolios of 200+ properties) has now been brought together as a single yet comprehensive and hugely resourceful professional proposition for our Clients at BuyToLet.co
We recognise that there is a large choice of lettings agencies to select from, however BuyToLet.co has effectively undertaken mystery shopping and market research exercises ourselves over the years and the launch of BuyToLet.co is in response of the lack of true customer service which we have hoped for from those agencies.
