As a landlord, we are now one of the first members of Landlord Accreditation Wales in Swansea. Also we are members or the National Landlords Association, the UK's premier trade association for professional landlords. Amongst the many benefits this offfers to our tenants is the knowledge that we are bound by the NLA's Code of Practice.
As an agent, we make the process of renting a home stress free and rewarding for both the landlord and tenant. We believe we have the keenest fees available in Swansea and we do not charge "admin fees" to tenants.
