We are a local independent firm specialising in Residential & Commercial Lettings, Sales and Property Management. As property investors and landlords ourselves we understand how property owners feel when deciding to either sell or rent out their property. It is our aim to make the whole process for you easy and hassle free.
As specialists we are fully focused on your needs and the results you want to achieve. We have extensive knowledge of the local area including how much property rents or sells for. We can also give you lots of creative ideas on how to market your property too.
We are a proactive company which means we don't sit around all day waiting for the telephone to ring, no we will actively go out and search for buyers or tenants for you. Our office is never closed! We are open 24 hours a day 365 days a week so if a prospective buyer or tenant rings we are on hand to deal with the enquiry.
We can also offer a number of other property related services. These include Rent Guarantee Schemes, Full Rental Management Services, Legal Advice, Investment/Finance Packages or even Project Management and Refurbishment Services. You can be assured too as members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme we have to follow a strict code of practice.
