Coventry is one of the oldest cities in the country, having been awarded this status as long ago as 1345. It is the second largest city in the West Midlands. By the end of 2007 the vast majority of all property for sale in Coventry was in the £100k - £200k bracket though, as with most cities, there are areas where the average price is significantly higher.
