• My flatmate has moved out and I need someone to take over his room. I'm currently writing up my thesis and I am therefore looking for someone reasonable chilled and relaxed to share with. The flat comprises two double rooms, the available one has built in wardrobes providing ample storage space. The lounge has TV, Sky, DVD and sound system. The kitchen is fully equiped. The flat would suit either a mature student or a postgrad. The flat is approx 15mins walk from Aberdeen uni and city centre and a 10 min walk from ARI Hospital. The flat is also in an extremely quiet building; we have never heard our neighbours. There is a front and back entrance to the flat and a private car park at the rear. Smoking is permitted outside the flat only.
