- Hi We are a mid 30's professional female gay couple and a dog! We have recently bought a house in Poulton le Fylde and find that we are rattling around in all the space we have and could do with a little extra cash to help with the bills etc. We have a double room for rent including all bills (except phone) wardrobe, bed and tv (wireless broadband is on the way). The room is simple but light, clean and warm. There are two bathrooms in the house, so there shouldn't be queues in the morning and off-road parking. We both work hard so would appreciate someone who works full time and has a reasonably quiet lifestyle so we don't go to work with bags under our eyes! The house is situated less than one minutes walk from a supermarket, hairdressers shops etc. 5 minutes walk from the train station, opposite a bus stop and 15 minutes drive from the M55. Victoria hospital is 6 minutes away by car. If you have pets we can discuss accommodating those too. You will need to be an animal lover, clean and tidyish and respect that we are both non smokers. Deposit will be required. Cant wait to hear from you!
