3 bedroom Townhouse (terraced) flatshare

- I have a clean and light room to let. Bills are included, except the phone. The room has; double Ikea wardrobe, shelf unit and chest of drawers, etc, double bed etc, recently decorated with a brand new carpet etc. There is a seperate phone line into the room if you need phone and/or internet access. I am looking for a relativly calm & quiet non-smoking working professional person to share the house with. No preferences on male/female/gay etc. References required, sorry no dhss. The house is clean (got a great cleaner for communal areas: hall, landing, shower room, living/kitchen area) very tidy and well kitted out with a modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances etc, with dishwasher, microwave etc and timber floors in most living areas, separate utility room with washing machine and a small but well kept patio garden. The road is fairly quiet with easy parking,(unfortunatly due to the narrow halls/landings there is no room in the house for a bike) about 6 mins walk to the sea, 16 mins to walk into town and near both hospitals, also on about 2 if not 3 main bus routes at the end of the road. As a secondary school teacher, I spend a lot of time at work dealing with noisy kids & people and appreciate coming home to a tidy, clean and calm & quiet environment. Also keen on environmental issues, recycle everything as far as realistically possible, rather put a jumper on than the heating with just a T-shirt, water conservation etc.
