• I have a double room to rent in a two bed house. The room is a good size with new furniture and newly decorated. The house has all the mod cons, cable, wireless internet, phone, roof etc and also has a small garden. The house is on a quiet street with good on street parking just a couple of minutes from the Tobacco Factory and all the amenities on North Street. The city centre and Clifton are a 20 minute walk away with good bus routes to temple meads. The rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax.
