- I have a double room to rent. Please note that the house is in NEWMARKET, not Cambridge. It is about a 20 minute journey into Cambridge. If you don't mind the house not being in Cambridge, then please read on!!! I am looking for a professional person to share my house with me. The house is approximately 20 mins walk from the town centre in Newmarket and very easy to get to the A14 . The room I have to rent out is a large double bedroom and is fully furnished and there is a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bed side table. There is a kitchen, lounge/dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The house is fully equipped with everything and there is also wireless. There is a lovely large garden and off road parking at the back of the house. I am looking for someone who is fairly quiet and tidy and laid back. The rent is 300 a month plus £50 for all bills including council tax.
