• Room to rent sharing with two easy going friendly guys both 29. male / female, smoker / non smoker, gay / straight, pets / no pets doesn't matter. Basically we are pretty open minded to everything. Its a nice sociable friendly house, we're quiet in the week but have people popping round. We get on very well with our neighbours who are really nice on both sides. We have car parking out front and neither of us drive so if you've got a car the parking space is all yours. We're about a ten minute walk from the station and theres a bus stop outside the house. Theres actually a choice of two rooms, a very big double room for £320 a month all bills included or a smaller (but still double sized) room for £290 a month all bills inclusive. Basically if someone wants the smaller room I don't mind moving out of into the big one.
