Local shops, restaurants 2 mins away on City road. This is a mixed gender ,house (I am Welsh male, other house mate is 25 yr old female working in Cardiff, House also has shared lounge, and light, airy lounge/diner/kitchen, plus walled back garden with secure shed for bike storage. We are looking for someone easy going but tidy for short term let, as house is currently on market.
