Situated in a prime location for both Cardiff University, the hospitals and all of UWIC's campus. This very new flat has 5 fully furnished clean rooms each with 4ft double beds and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. The furniture is all matching too! Each room also has a broadband internet and phone connection. The flat is tastefully decorated with a shared kitchen area with breakfast bar and leather sofas in a lounge area. The accommodation is stumbling distance from the student friendly Gower Pub which has a beer garden and Cardiff's only snooker table in a pub! Would suit individuals, foreign students or those who have not yet managed to sort their accommodation out yet. What I'm looking for: Professional or students for short-term lets, students only for long-term lets. This is my property although I don't live in it (there is now 1 room to rent as stated - fully lockable with own seperate key).
