2 bedroom Townhouse (terraced) flatshare

- The room is in an immaculate 2 bedroom house and you will be sharing with myself (Male) and my cat. My cat is very shy and therefore I need a quiet housemate who loves cats. Please do not contact me unless you are a cat lover. I am a friendly guy who plays alot of sport but my house is where I relax. I go out on the weekends but I'm also tee-total so you won't get any drunken antics (just sober ones!). I also sing/act (hence the picturer with the mic stuck to my ear!) so a theatre lover would be an added bonus but not essential. Therefore, I want a housemate who is friendly, quiet and respectful (in terms of cleaning and paying bills). House consists of newly fitted kitchen, shower room & toilet, dining room and living room downstairs. In addition, there is the main bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a back garden (inlcuding shed) and there is always somewhere to park. My landlady will only accept working professionals (along with references) and the final decision on who moves in will be made by her. Ideally the new housemate will be a non-smoker. The house also has burglar, smoke and carbon monixide alarms. A break down of rent and bills: Rent: £287.50 per month (per person) Council Tax: £47.50 per month (per person) Water: £22.50 per month (per person) Gas & Electric: Quarterly bills around £40 per person (per 3 months) Viewings can be organised for most days so please just drop me an email and we'll go from there.
