EXCELLENT ACCESS TO A12 AND BUS ROUTES FOR TOWN We have wireless broadband, sky in the living room, pretty much any kinda house hold gadget you could need excluding a butler The house is a 3 bed semi with lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, and SW facing garden so gets the sun all year (when out!). The garden is decked with picnic bench and lawn and mature plants so pretty much looks nice all year round and takes care of its self. The kitchen and bathrooms were fitted about 2 1/2 years ago so modern, have heated towel rail and shower over the bath in the bathroom. Also have a pet chinchilla but he is caged. Were about 3 mins drive from the A12 slip road which is nice and easy plus on a really good bus route into town which runs early till midnight and the bus stop is opposite the house so not far to walk.
