- One of our children has left home, (one 18 yr old, & labrador dog remaining), so we have two spare bedrooms, & are looking to take in a lodger. One Bedroom is a single & one is a double. Rental of £80 pw for single room & £130 per week for couple in the double room. Single person in the double room at £95 per week. includes all bills except telephone & food can include food if required at extra cost (negotiable) Tv in double room. We have our own en-suite bathroom so the main bathroom is reasonably free most times. Easy access to M4, & local shop. I have broad band in the 5th Bedroom as I work from home. I could arrange a wireless connection. My wife smokes, but not in the house, so we would have no objection to any smokers, on that basis.
