- A new build apartment situated a mile from University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, ideal for people working at the hospital or close by. I have a single, furnished room to rent. The price includes all utility bills (Up to £50pcm), ground rent and maintenance bills associated with the property. Council tax is not included, but will be shared with myself. The room will contain a single bed with storage draws underneath, a desk/bedside table, wardrobe and a further storage unit in the closet. In addition it may be possible to store some items in the garage if needed. Other rooms to be shared with myself are kitchen, lounge and bathroom. All are furnished. There is also an allocated off road parking space available. Phone and internet (Wireless router) to be installed asap (I am only just moving in). I am a very easy going, sociable person and get on with pretty much anyone. My interests include rugby, music (I play in a band), films, cooking and stand up comedy!
