- We are in the process of refurbishing and redecorating a Victorian end of terraced house due to be ready July 2008. All bills included:wifi/broadband, phone, shared sky tv, council tax, water, gas, electric and tea/coffee! Accomodation comprises.... Large lounge with open fire and large comfy sofas aswell as a vast DVD selection, Xbox 360 and sky tv. There is also a dining room for dinner parties or studying or for relaxing next to the fire. The kitchen has a range cooker aswell as dishwasher and kitchen table for lazy breakfasts and sociable lunches. There is a utility room with fridge, freezer and laundry facilities. Aswell as lots of cheffy toys! Next to the utility room is a downstairs toilet. There is an enclosed courtyard with lots of potted plants and plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying the odd BBQ or cold beer ! Upstairs is a small compact room which is currently used as a study and computer room. Then there are three double bedrooms. One ours, one to be used as a lounge spare room and one yours. All have open usuable fireplaces and coving aswell as being decorated in a modern way but in keeping with the date of the house, There is a large modern bathroom with underfloor heating, walk in shower and vast princess bath. It also has towel rails ready for warming those fluffy towels. The house itself is within walking distance from the hospital, Bishops Bistro, The Green Tree, Asda, Morrisons and the bus and train station. Free parking is available to the front and rear of the house. Room rented at £70 per week Couples/Friends accepted to share the same room at a rate of £100 per week. You will also be sharing with four cats who are very friendly, cuddly and cute. We are a relaxed, laid back couple in our mid twenties. We have been married 6 years. We are also both trained chefs!
