- The flat is spacious, nicely set out/decorated and in a good area for bus routes into town, nearby shops, and Ninewells. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, the bedroom is about 12ft by 10ft (approx), it's just been re-painted. The carpet is a bit past its best, but it's just been shampooed. There is a large attic for storage, and a communal garden. There is a car-park for off street parking and double glazing throughout. There is a large desk at the end of the hallway if someone were to need peace and quiet to study/work. We are early 20s, we are both ex-students who work. We are fairly easy going, like things kept pretty tidy, friendly. We do have a small dog, his name is Shadow, he is a lovable little guy who we rescued from the pound, he sleeps in our room, doesn't bark, and has short (non moulting) fur. The £250 per month covers the room, internet access, digital TV (Virgin), Unlimited access to landlines, TV Licence, and communal amenities such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. The electricity bill is divided equally.
