- The flat has gas included in the rent. The flat has 2 floors with wooden flooring, internet and cable is installed also. There are 2 toilets also and the kitchen includes a washing machine, oven ,microwave etc.. Theres cable jack in each room to so tvs can be watched in bedrooms. We are looking for someone easy going to live with me and my friend, preferably with similar interests. We are both students and we like going to gigs, pubs, union or the reading rooms, nights in are good too watching dvds, playing poker ... So someone who is nice and is up for banter and friendship. ps:no neds!!!! :D
