- I have a comfortable room available in a spacious, traditional flat . Located 2 miles from the city centre with excellent transport links, 10 minutes on the bus into town with 3 train stations close by. The flat is very conveniently located facing on to Queen's Park and is close to shops and pubs. I am an art teacher so work regular hours but enjoy getting out and about some evenings and week-ends, swimming and hill climbing however I like to socialise locally too. Previous flatshering has been comfortable and relaxed and I am looking for a reasonably sociable, independent professional or mature student. The room has internet access and the rent includes bills and council tax. .
