- I am looking to rent out my master bedroom (with ensuite) as I am moving south for 6-8 months. There is one professional female (23 yrs old) already renting the spare room. The flat is spacious and in excellent condition with a modern but cosy feel. I am looking for a young professional who is clean, tidy and a non-smoker. The 2nd floor flat has amazing views over the west end of Glasgow including the university. It has a residents pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and snooker room (included in rental cost). 10-15 minutes walk gets you to the heart of the city. Wireless broadband, wide screen TV in living room, sole use of en suite bathroom, large bedroom. The rental period would be 6-8 months (neg).
