- Hi there, the room to rent is in a stunning grade 2 listed manor house converted to appartments. My propery is on the first floor with allocated parking, gardens and garage. The appartment is very spacious, shared living, kitchen and bathroom space. The room available is a large double room with fitted wardrobes and space for desk/drawers etc. Rent is inclusive of bills including council tax. if the new tenant did not have to pay council tax the rent could be reduced to £350 per month. I live in the property so it is a flatshare type arrangement. I am a professional female and have two cats. The property is 2mins outside Newent centre with shops, buses, takeaways etc very close but the house itself is off the road looking over farm land.
