- Hey there, here's some info, all bills are included, the lodge money is below the going rate, this is so we it makes it easier for people to sustain living there, therefore not having lots of different people moving in and out all the time, you never know who's coming through the door then. Its 270 a month if you are staying for more than 6 months or 280 otherwise. The house is just around the corner from a butchers, hairdressers, bun shop(hmmm), mini sainsburys and a corner shop. Its the quiet bottom end of Patrick St just off hennage/Convamore Road and is a 10/15 minute walk from the town centre and a 5 minute walk from Weelsby woods. There is one room available to lodge in, in a very nice four bedroom house.It is the downstairs front bedroom.There is one living area downstairs in the house which is nice, shown in picture. This is the situation- the upstairs middle room is going to be taken from the end of June till the end of Aug by a girl from France. This one will also become available then. The downstairs room, which has just been refurnished with All new stuff and new carpet is available now. The house is furnished, This includes shared kitchen with a new washer, cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. All kitchen utensells are there. its all there in good condition. The living room is fully equipt with TV, internet, all Cable channels, etc. Upstairs there is a shared shower room and toilet.(there is also a toilet downstairs) Only people who are clean and tidy please reply. the guy and girl lodging at the minute(not a couple by the way) are ace, and there is a good atmosphere. You bassically have really gotta have a look. For an interview/look around please get in touch. I live upstairs and will be away in The Middle East untill Dec, I work away most of the time.
