- My name is Shane and we live in a 6 bedroom house. My wife works in Sheffield and is home at the week-end (Friday to Tuesday). We have a 21 year old son living at home, and 2 friendly dogs and a cat. The sea is 2mins away and you can walk along the sea wall into Cleethorpes. The top floor bedroom is let to 2 polish lads, (very quite and well mannered).We have a double room on the first floor available. This room is fully furnished with 3 wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and computer desk. This cost of this room is £80 per week (£150.00 deposit). If the room is let to couple it will cost £100 (£50 per person), There is also a single bedroom on the first floor available to let. This bedroom is fully furnished and is clean and tidy. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a single bed. But the room is not cramped, still room to move about. The cost for the smaller room is £65 per week (£150.00 deposit). You have the choice of the Jacuzzi bathroom on the first floor or walk-in shower room on the ground floor. The ground floor has a large dining/kitchen. We have wireless internet and cable TV in the lounge. All bills are included in the price. Public transport into Cleethorpes (5 mins.) or Grimsby (10 mins.) are every ten minutes, and the bus stop is around 50 yards at the top of the road. Sorry Working professionals only.
