- Have a 4 bed victorian, currently have 1girl (32yrs) top floor, just moved in, Annabelle, nice friendly works at a local primary school. 1 guy George (26yrs) easy going guy on a short term, probably till august. I'm 28 - Dave and get on well with anyone, I work near london so am out early and back by 7.30 Have a double room available, a close friend of mine is moving out to live with his girlfriend The house is close to ore station and not far from the main station in Hastings. On the west hill close to the old town. Local shop oppostite the road, comes in handy for beer/wine/food etc. It has a nice small garden that gets sun nearly all day and a dishwasher which makes life a whole load easier. None of us are originally from hastings, having only lived here for a year or so. we're all easy going, and have different work and life patterns so only 1 bathroom wont be an issue. I'm quite happy with the dynamics of the house, people are tidy and considerate so although its all new for all of us, its working well. Let me know if you're interested.
