- Hello. I will shortly be moving into my house in Berkhamsted and am looking for someone to share it with me. I'm a 34 year old single professional female into keeping fit, outdoor sports, cinema etc. The room is a decent sized nice double in a Victorian end terrace semi detached in quiet Berkhamsted location. It can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need. There is one bathroom, but I'm used to sharing, am very tidy and it is huge with loads of storage space. The kitchen is modern and there are two separate fridge freezers (I'm a keen cook). The town centre is a 5-10 minute walk, and the Euston train is a 5 minute walk. The house has its own parking spaces, wifi internet and sky +. I'm looking for a non smoker please! I do like to go out, but I'm not looking for a 7 day a week party animal. Rent all inclusive of gas, elec, telephone, sky, council tax is £575 pcm
