- Hello Everybody I am looking for a housemate to share my 3 bedroom terraced house with. A person who is clean and tidy.... not allergic to taking the bin out when it’s full, does their own washing up, that kind of thing. Someone who is easy-going, fun, and wants to make the house-share as smooth and pleasant as possible Plus comedy occasional carnage lol...normal things. The rent is inclusive of all bills, apart from house keeping money normally £10 month. There is broadband wireless internet, massive lounge with bright windows, Free view and a marine fish tank, good size kitchen with all modern appliances, (dish washer, tumble dryer, 2 washing machines, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with electric shower. The rooms I have to let are 1 double with solid pine double bed, and walk in wardrobe. (£450pm) The other is a single with a solid pine single bed and walk in wardrobe. (£400pm) It’s a 5 minute walk to Chalfont St Peter Village which has plenty of shops, a supermarket, restaurants and takeaways , 4 pubs and a night club (Winkers well if you want to call it that ha ha) Gerrards Cross is 25 minute walk. This has a train station, where trains run direct to London Marylebone giving you access to the city in only 20 minutes and High Wycombe in 10minutes! Chalfont St Peter is also served by a regular direct bus service to Uxbridge, Slough and Heathrow. 1 month’s rent for deposit and 1 month rent in advance. References required. Non-smoking house but there is a nice garden with Deck and a koi pond if you are a smoker. Room available from 1st April 2008 No couples please, the room is for 1 person.
