- I have a room available since my 24 year old daughter has just moved out. I live in a scenic, nice, quiet area in Penn, 3 miles from High Wycombe. I am a Joiner and I work locally and start work early so I am not up late. In the evenings I spend time with my family, go for a run or play my guitar. I also enjoy going to the pub with my friends, singing on the karaoke or listening to a good band. I have one cat called Ziggy who is very placid and friendly. There is a spare room where you can use the internet. The house is spacious and clean and tidy. I have a neat little garden and to the back there is a parking area that you can use.
