- Large detached bungalow in 3/4 acre in Little Fransham midway between Swaffham amd Dereham , or on a larger scale Norwich and Kings Lynn. Beautifully furnished. There is a large lounge with Sky, wireless internet access, Library / music room, one family bathroom and 2 further shower rooms with sinks and toilets. Kitchen with all normal facilities. All bills are included within the price - rates, water, electric. Bedding and towels are provided. (More like a private hotel) The rate of £350 is for singles -- couples are £450. But its worth the effort if that suits you as you would be lucky to find better value for your money, that said its not really ideal for City Centre as that could put another 30-40 mins on your day but if you are out of the City, currently looking to relocate or on the West Side then this is ideal for you. I do have a common sense agreement -- no surprises in it -- to cover the "what-if's" so that we all know where we stand -- and a standing order to complete with the first months up front payment. Otherwise No deposit, No bills, No catches, even short durations. I only ask for consideration, shoes come off at the door, coats hang there to dry etc. The wireless broadband is unlimited so is the phone for local calls after 6pm (internet phone also installed) You pay for the month when you move in and on the same date the next month, usually that would be the best time to notify me if you are moving on. it’s a very happy home. West and North Norfolk is a great area to live, There are lots of other scenic places to go within easy reach, its not city life but its got plenty to offer. Always looking to make it a better place to be so housemates always welcome to make suggestions. I'm a Self Employed retail business adviser with a hobby as a guitarist -- but I don’t / won't force it on anyone. There is ample parking as we are down a private drive -- there is 1 rooms available now. I'm after mature professionals who can treat the place and other guests with respect and who can enjoy the place as much as I do. People’s free time is important and we need to respect this and be considerate of others. Its a non-smoking house but there is 3/4 acre of grounds and a covered veranda -- so no problem in smoking outside if you need to. If you would like to see more of the place -- Regards David
