- I have a double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house in Chapel Allerton for a professional female. The room is available from the beginning of April 2008 but the date can be negotiated. This is a new build property with all the mod cons and is in a fantastic location. It has excellent links to the city centre, which is 5 minutes on the bus, and also Roundhay, Chapel Allerton and St James Hospitals and Moortown. It is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Chapel Allerton which is full of bars, places to eat, and a great atmosphere. This area is definately one of the best places for young professionals to live in Leeds!! I will also be living in the house. I am a 25 year old female who qualified as a solicitor last year. I am looking to share with someone who is clean, friendly, easy to get on with, and ideally someone to not only share with but also to get along with socially. The house has new modern furniture and decor. There is ample parking and a massive garden which is perfect for BBQ's in the summer!! The rent is £85 per week.
