• RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS. I have a double, furnished room to rent in my back-to-back terrace house in Holbeck, about 10mins south of the city centre and next to the M1/M62. The house is tastefully decorated and I have all the usual things - digital tv, broadband, washing machine, phoneline, on-street parking etc. I am a teacher and often need to bring work home with me during the week but I like to relax and chill out at the weekends. I enjoy going to gigs, theatre, comedy nights and always enjoy a night in with a bottle of wine. I'm looking for a like-minded person who would enjoy sharing my home. I want the person to feel at home in the house but to be reasonably tidy, clean up after themselves and be considerate. My party days are over so no party animals please!
