- Hi I have 2 rooms for rent in a shared house in Roundhay/Gledhow in Leeds. Current housemate are both sociable normal people really. A bit of TV and a laugh during the week (maybe the odd beer) then unwind at the weekend after a week at work. The house is well maintained with all ammenities you would expect in a modern house including sky tv and wireless broadband. I do look for a tennant who will contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy but that is as about as much as I ask. The street it is a quiet street with no through road. There is ample parking outside the house - all 4 previous housemates have had cars. It is off Lidget Lane so within a mile of Chapel Allerton and Roundhay Park. Rent is set including bills to make life easy. Dependant on room inclusive rent starts at £350. If you want to know more the best bet is to give me a call and come round!
