- Hi there I have one room available in a fully furnished house, brilliantly located just off the Narborough Road. The lounge has laminate floor, sofas, TV etc. The kitchen has all mod cons and the bathroom is only one year old. The bedroom is very large, the biggest out of the 3 in the house with a double bed, wrdrobe, drawers, desk etc. There are 2 other professional girls living in the house who are in their mid twenties and work locally and are clean and respectful. There is a nice back yard. The shops are one minutes walk away and buses run regularly in to town. The motorway is really easy to get to aswell. The price is £65 per wee. I will pay council tax and water and it is just the gas and eleccy that is split between everyone in the house. The deposit is £200 and there is no minimum contract.
