- i own a two bedroom terraced house on newark road. It takes 15 mins to walk to town and there is a good bus service if you cant be bothered to use foot power :0) I have refurbished the house from top to bottom and am currently in need of a lodger to help me finish the bathroom. The rest of the house is 100% complete and is modern. I am looking for anyone who is easy to get along with, a great lover of food as i am a chef by trade and also has a passion for music. I may be away some nights as i am due to start work in the prison service very shortley which means that the house is basically yours. I usualy cook for both of us as i really enjoy it but would also like a few meals cooked for me too. Internet acces is available as is full cable tv and telephone facilities. The only bill that is not included in the price is the telephone which is only fair i think. The room itself has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is room for a chest of drawers to if required. Its not the biggest room in the world but its clean and you will be living in a no hassle house. i dont have partys or lots of people round as i like to come from work and just relax.
