- Hi there, my flatm8 is moving onto greener pastures so I have a double room available for a like minded female in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment only 1 minute walk from Holborn tube in Central London. Living in Holborn is great with both Central & Piccadilly tube lines, only 5 min walk to Covent Garden & Soho and also 10 mins to Angel/Old Street for all cafes, shops & nightlife. About the room: - good size double room - bed frame & mattress - built-in wardrobe - desk & chair (only if you want them) - shelving unit - spare duvets, pillows & sheets/linen (for yourself, or for friends crashing over!) About the flat: - 5 floors above street level with lift and secure entry - no adjoining neighbours (or perverts looking in!) - good outlook/sunlight - good size bathroom - good size open plan kitchen, dining and lounge/reception room - fully furnished (I've got all the missing pieces like kitchen cookware & appliances, surround sound, etc) - washer/dryer - dishwasher - close to shops, tube, buses, 4 gyms! About me, I'm a working professional in London since moving here 1.5yrs ago from Sydney. I consider myself Australian with Greek influence and the best of both cultures. Simply put, I'm tidy and considerate, quiet during week and sociable weekends, and enjoy most food and music. I can appreciate having your own time and space, but would also like to have some fun going out together from time to time (as my wing-woman!).
