- I am a 30 yr old professional male looking for two house mates to share my property. The property is a large 4 bedroomed Victorian house on Marske High Street, with 2 living rooms, kitchen diner & office, located 2 mins from the beach. There are two spacious double rooms available, one furnished with large bay window and views (£350 all inc.), the other is an unfurnished self contained loft room with traditional exposed beams, views and accessable flat roof (for sunbathing) (£375 all inc). House mates will have seperate large sitting room with original dark wood flooring, 42" plasma, cable TV (inc. sports & movies), free standing fan & high spec furniture. Kitchen will be shared. The house has two bathrooms & three toilets therefore the main bathroom will be shared by the two housemates only (bath & shower). House has garage, local parking, patio, garden and a dining kitchen. House has plenty of storage space (maybe you are between properties with posessions to store.) Ideal housemates would be 20+ and employed. I have a medium sized dog (loving & well behaved) - feel free to walk her on beach. Smokers ok. 2 min from great local pub. 1 min from train station (direct route to M'boro/Darlo/Yarm), 1 min from bus stop (direct bus to M'boro). 2 min drive to Saltburn, 5 min drive to Redcar, 15 min drive to M'boro, 15 min drive to Ingleby/S'ton/Yarm, 30 min to Darlo.
