5 bedroom Large Detached House flatshare

- NOT CURRENTLY FOR RENT My work has taken me away for a few months so I am looking to rent out my five bedroom house. I am looking for considerate tenants, not party animals as I have to face the neighbours when I return! The house is undergoing some re-decoration but there is no noisy building work. The price shown is for the smaller of the bedrooms a single, I have two other double rooms which will be slightly more per week as will the double room on the ground floor with a shower (and WC just outside room), I also have a large double room with an en-suite. There is also a family bathroom. I would prefer non-smokers or a smoker that does not mind smoking outside in the garden. We are looking for someone who is in regular employment, tidy and considerate. We would prefer references from previous landlords. There are good public transport routes in to the City and Wolverton station is just around the corner. Parking both outside the house and on the drive is available. We may be looking to sell the house in apx four months time but if we can get all rooms rented then we will more than probably put this off.
