- i m currently studying at Northumbria University but not wishing to carry on next year and i have already signed a contract for next year which i need to someone to fill in my spot. You would be living with three lovely girls who are chilled out but also like to go out drinking. The flat is about 13 minutes walk from Northumbria University also very close to Osbourne road. It is a newly furnished development with gas central heating, beech chrome effect kitchen with dishwasher fridge freezer etc two bathrooms one with shower and bath one with just a shower, entry phone and security alarm, PVC double glazing, lightwood co-ordinated furniture utility room with a washing machine and dryer also many more features. The room available is a very light and airy room with wooden blinds and double bed somewhere you can relax and chill out in. The flat is run by RM accomodation not by a landlord so problems can get sorted quicker. Can i just note the photos that are shown are the style of the flat as i cannot get access of photos of the actual flat as I do not live there yet and these are the ones on the brochure of the whole of linden house. So the apartment is decorated like this but just not the same shaped rooms.sorry for any inconveniences.
