- Hi I’m James and I've got a spare room to let in a house I’ve been in just over a year. You will be sharing with me and two girls, amy and kelly both in their mid twenties in a large 5 bed terrace in the gardens area of Low Fell. The house has been completely redone by the previous owners. There are 2 living rooms; a large breakfast kitchen with all mod cons inc. a dishwasher. The room is a large attic double bedroom with modern birch Ikea style furniture. There is a good sized bathroom and separate toilet. Outside is a garden for BBQs in the summer. There are good transport links to the A1 and Newcastle (10mins on the bus), bus stop 2 mins walk, and all the Low Fell shops, bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away as well as a gym just down the road. The rent includes everything to make it easy, and incl wireless broadband, sky, and a cleaner who comes once a week. I'm an easy going guy, originally from Yorkshire, I’m 28, and I’ve been up in the NE for 7 years. I’ve got a demanding job at times, and am out of the country most of the time. I’m after sharing with an easy going young professional male or female (sorry no kids, pets, or smokers, and must be fairly clean), aged 23 - 35 ideally but as long as we get on and you have your own teeth it will be fine.
