Home Buyers Turn To The Internet

More and more home buyers are using the internet to find their next home. This has grown massively in recent years yet some property websites continue to report huge increase in traffic.

Persimmon Homes states time constraints and convenience as two reasons why they have experienced a 33% increase in traffic. This is particularly relevant when people are moving a fair distance and can’t easily get out ‘on the local turf’.

Adrian Evans of Persimmon comments that "it is the effectiveness, speed and convenience of the web that makes it so popular."
