House Price Predictions
It is believed that house prices will increase by a staggering 27 – 40% within the next 5 years. This information was revealed by the National Housing Federation who has recently done some research called “The Home Truths”. This would put the average UK home at around £302k and works out at an increase of about 7% per year. A £200k property should see a return of between £54 - £80K within the next five years.
