High Rental Demand
The Association of Residential Lettings Agents has revealed that tenant demand is at an all time high. Potential property buyers are waiting to see how the market goes before taking on a mortgage. This has caused an increase in the rental market whilst buyers wait to see what will happen.
The association says this was expected and many letting agents currently have more tenants than rental property.
