Investing in Property
One in four landlords will be looking to increase their investment property portfolio over the next few years. Landlords with ready capital are continuing to buy investment properties to rent out and this will continue throughout 2008.
Letting agents have stated that there is a shortage of good quality rental homes as potential buyers are opting to rent whilst waiting to see what happens with interest rates.
