Overseas Property

It is expected that by 2012 the number of British people owning property overseas will double. Around 4 million people currently own property abroad and this will grow on average by 13% each year over the next 5 years. More first time buyers have been attracted to property overseas which is much cheaper than in the UK.

Estate agents in France have seen a growing number of people commuting from northern France to London and with the new Eurostar route it expects this to continue.
