There is currently a high demand for rental properties throughout the UK. Over the next few years it is thought that 25% of landlords will increase their portfolio. Now day’s tenants are looking for comfortable homes in a good neighbourhood close to local amenities. Landlords are now selecting properties to match tenant’s needs and can expects returns of around 15%.
