HIP's

It is expected that once all HIP’s have been rolled out homeowners will see the benefits over time. 14th December is the date set for the final roll out of HIP’s in England and Wales with Scotland to follow at some point next year. Currently HIP’s only applies to three or more bedroom properties.

There is differing opinions on HIP’s and how they will benefit homeowners.
