Property Forecast
Property prices have risen over the last 10 years which has seen an increase in investors. It is likely this will continue over the next 10 years. By 2031 it is thought there will be over 70 million people living in the UK, an increase of 5 million from 2007. With this increase will be a demand for more housing. It is believed that the demand will be greater than supply and property prices will continue to rise.
