High Demand

ARLA have recently announced that the property rental industry is still going strong. This is helped by high demand for rented property and the slowing down of property price increases. They believe that the rental market will continue to become stronger as more first time buyers have to rent rather than buy. There is also many more eastern Europeans entering the UK, this is pushing up the demand for rental properties even further.

Whilst this is not good news for those wishing to get on the property ladder its great news for landlords and investors. It is thought the rental market will continue to grow over the next 10 years.
