Average Prices

The average price for a property in the UK is currently around £195k which is lower than it was in summer 2007. Investors that are in a position to expand their portfolio can find good opportunities if they know where to look.

Some investors are letting their own property in order to fund another investment. Whilst prices are dropping they can earn money from renting then sell when the market picks up again.
