Property Hot Spots
According to the Halifax the property market in the UK will remain flat with a low price growth. They stated that there are a few property hot-spots in some areas such as the South East of England and Scotland where prices may increase. Homes in areas close to good transport links and other large building projects could rise in value.
They also revealed that the number of first time buyers is at an all time low.
